Trust that your documents will be signed with confidence when you book your appointment with me. This service includes: Jurats, Certifying any copies, Oaths or Affirmations, and Safety Deposit Box Documentation Signings. This fee is $10 per signature as per Florida Statute.

vin verifications
Florida is one of those states that requires VIN Verifications on all vehicles coming into the state from out of state as well as all large trailers over 2000 pounds. If you find yourself needing a VIN Verified with no way to get the vehicle or trailer down to the Tax Collector office, I am here to help.

Safety DEPOSIT BOX CERTIFICATION
Though not as common, but if a rental fee goes unpaid at a bank for a Safety Deposit Box, the bank is authorized to crack the box open with a notary present to document all items inside of the box being opened. As the notary on site I would be responsible for writing down all items in the box and then notarizing the form and placing the form in the bag before handing the bag of items back over to the bank staff.

If you need witness signatures there is an additional fee for those and you must provide the witness.

If any documents need to be scanned back to the customer my flat fee will be $25.

Travel Fees
Our travel fees are very generous and priced lower than anyone else around.
Our travel fees vary bur county and are as follows:
Escambia County starts at $25 for the first 10 miles, each additional mile is .75.
Santa Rosa county travel fee starts at $35 for the first 10 miles, each additional mile is .75.
A holiday Fee of $15 will be applied on any holiday.
Travel fee is negotiable and may increase or decrease by distance.

RON Fee
For a virtual / RON Appt where we do not meet in person and we meet over video, my Flat fee will be $30. An added Witness Fee for RON sessions will be $5 and Additional signatures will be $2.
You will need to send all of your documents over to me by email, so instructions will be sent to you prior for these appointments.
You will need an active and working camera to book this.
Print fees
Sometimes things need to be printed out by me because you do not have a printer -- or for what ever reason, and that is okay.
I will print out the documents, bring them to the appointment at a fee of
$0.10 per page.
If a second copy needs to be printed for the customer, I will print a second copy as a courtesy for an additional $10.
If there ends up being a lot of pages that need printing, I will flat fee this instead of doing it per page.
